How the free samples work
Is it really free?+
Yes — the samples and the shipping are on us, with no obligation to buy anything. It's simply the easiest way to choose floors you'll love.
How many samples will you send?+
We'll narrow it down together — usually a handful of strong finalists for your room, rather than overwhelming you with dozens. And if you've already spotted styles you love, on our site or a brand's, tell us and we'll send exactly those.
How fast do they arrive?+
We usually measure first, so the samples we send are the right ones for your rooms — we bring a wide range to the measure, and you'll see plenty right there. Once we've landed on your finalists, sample boxes ship within a couple of business days.
Do I have to buy anything?+
Not at all. The measure is free, the samples are free, and there's no obligation. Live with them as long as you like and decide on your own time.
What if I want different samples?+
Just ask — we're happy to send more. The whole point is helping you find the right floor without pressure.
