Information we collect
When you contact us or request free samples, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, mailing address, email, phone number, and notes about your project. Our website also uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and pages viewed so we can see what people find useful. It doesn’t identify you by name.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, mail the samples you request, schedule an in-home measure, prepare a quote, and follow up about your project. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share your information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email delivery, shipping, or the system where we keep our customer list), and only as needed to serve you. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just reach out using the details below.
Room Visualizer
When you use our Room Visualizer, the photo you upload is sent to our rendering provider (Google AI Studio) only to generate your preview, and stored temporarily on our hosting (Vercel). We automatically delete uploads and renders after 24 hours unless you save a look, in which case we keep it for 30 days so we can email it to you. We never sell or share your photos.
Chat assistant
The chat on our site answers flooring questions with help from an AI provider (Anthropic). What you type in the chat is sent there to generate a reply. Don’t put personal details in the chat that you wouldn’t want shared; if you want samples or a measure, use the form or call us instead.
